Differential Game Analysis of Emission Reduction and Preservation in the Tertiary Food Supply Chain under Different Government Subsidy Models

Climate change has brought about huge environmental problems and economic losses worldwide, low carbon become a hot topic of research in the context climate crisis. The article outlines three-tier food supply chain consisting suppliers, manufacturers retailers, based on cooperative model which share cost emission reduction retailers freshness. study finds that when government grants maximum amount subsidies to manufacturer, government’s decision reduce emissions, regulations preserve freshness, profits are not affected. found awarded largest subsidy coefficient smallest non-specific one-off could lead higher for manufacturers, increasing while improving preservation quality food. When factor is minimal, emissions greater under dedicated abatement but does increase freshness food; players consistently produce levels effort non-dedicated model.
